Fixed buttons refactoring

The fixed buttons we use in the UI are a bit outdated with solid background above them which is not helping the consistency of the look & feel. Also, the animation of appear/disappear could use some refactoring as now it just blinks without any animation which is also not desired.

For design, this fix is minor to none, as it's been already designed. Most of the design effort would go into development support.

Acceptance criteria

  • footers should have a fadeout linear gradient transition
  • the footer never jumps during the animation and it is always smooth (even when scrolling, opening/closing keyboard etc.)
