Make connect auto-rebuild for Suite Developemnt (both web and desktop)

Currently it is a pain to develop with connect. Every time I change connect code, I have to do build-libs.

Ideas:

  • Run connect-popup as a server that provides the code on some localhost:port and its run as second command
