Passphrase Bottomsheet does not scroll properly if the content is bigger

Describe the bug If the content of BottomSheet on iPhoneS 3gen while opening seedphrase is bigger than the parent, it should scroll. It does not.

There might be interference between bottom sheet scroll and bottom sheet panning

Info:

• Mobile Suite Version: commit a7720e141c
• OS: iOS, iPhoneS 3gen (but generaly anywhere)

How to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use iPhone S 3rd gen
2. Open the passphrased wallet
3. During the process "Passphrase best practises" bottom sheet appears
4. It does not fit the screen and should scroll. It does not

Expected behavior it should scroll
