Visual fixes according to UI feedback:

  • [ ] Update title in add new coin screen
  • [ ] Account type selector screen on motorola e7 power - seems broken
  • [ ] on press state is odd
  • [ ] after adding account, detail or receive screen should have [ x ] close button instead of [ < ]back
