unused tokenDefinitionsMiddleware in suite-common

Description We have added support for token definitions to suite-native recently.There is the tokenDefinitionsMiddleware in suite-common that is unused in mobile code. For this reason it should be moved to the desktop packages, because suite-common should cointain only code that is reusable by both platforms.

Acceptance criteria tokenDefinitionsMiddleware is moved from suite-common to desktop packages.
