CI for BSD

Got FreeBSD CI working. Failed with NetBSD and OpenBSD - can figure out how to install all required packages properly and don't have a real system to debug it locally properly. Leaving my attempts as a template.

And even for the only working (FreeBSD) - it suddenly hangs. Have no idea why( Keeping it as draft for now...
