the ability to choose where the cookie popup appears on the screen

it would be helpful to get the choice of where the popup appears on the screen i.e. top or bottom. we have an online chat module which is present at the bottom this then causes a conflict for the user trying to click the accept button therefore moving the popup to the top of the screen would rectify these types of issue.

Thanks for your suggestion @ChrisEHC I'll see if I can squeeze this in the next release.

For now, you can change the z-index of the bar or your chat so the bar sits on top.
