Contain tooltip CSS within plugin

targeting [data-tooltip] is not ideal. Prefix the data attribute to contain this to our plugin only.

The Plugin CSS is in conflict with other WP-Plugins, the class gdpr-admin.css, data-tooltip width overrides other the word Press regular-text style so in other plugins fields are not realy usable.

is there a quick workaround or is deactivating the plugin the only qickfix?

You could edit the plugin css.

I'm going to release the fix soon. I was away during vacation time.
