Ability to reset plugin and all of its data - for a clean start/ uninstall

The option to reset the plugin and all of its data would be great.

I’ve done a lot of testing with this plugin, and it would be great to be able to remove all of the recorded consent data from the DB, to start fresh.

I noticed the plugin leaves all of its data behind if the plugin is deleted.

It would be great to see it clean up, and delete data if removed.

I have no intention to remove it right now, but its nice when plugins don’t leave data and tables behind.
