Set default system text editor at start-up.

Environment

Version of LPub3D - 2.4.5 Operating system - All

Solution

Check the system for existing text editor. Default editor check:

• macOS - TextEdit.
• Linux - GEdit.
• Windows - Notepad++.exe, Notepad.exe (64bit and 32bit distributions).

If found, the editor will appear as the last entry on the 'Open With...' File sub-menu.
