Not completely functioning in React Router v4.

I tried several configurations. I got it scroll to the top for each new page, but no scroll occurred when navigating with back/next buttons.

Scroll restoration on history navigation works for me with RRv4 in the project I originally created this library for. Please share code that reproduces the issue.
