Need to migrate publishing to maven central

Forgot about that whole jcenter mess. Need to migrate the setup to go probably to maven central now.

jcommander 1.71 and dexparser 1.1.0 transitive dependencies are not available on mavenCentral, but newer versions are

Is this still planned to do? Really want to get rid of jcenter in my apps now. Jitpack could be another option.

I don't have a good way to know how much use this is getting anymore so I have nothing planned as of now. I've been trying to suggest people migrate to marathon instead of sticking with composer as it is a far more robust solution.
