bump seaborn version

Current version require seaborn>=0.9.0,<0.12

However, there is a incompatibility between pandas 2.0 and seaborn which is solved only for seaborn >= 0.12.

would it be possible to bump the versions in the requirements?

Hello, I think there are major changes between 0.11 and 0.12 (including pandas), that would require major rework in this package. Maybe someone reading this is interested in taking up this challenge? I'd be there to help, but I'm afraid I don't have the time to work on it myself at the moment.
