Firefox Quantum 59.0b4 (64-bit) - time select won't open on user click

Hello,

I noticed today that am having issues with your plugin when you do the following steps.

1. go to https://www.eltorobravosarasota.com/
2. once site has loaded, on the middle left side of your screen, click the button labeled "Reservation"
3. a lightbox will appear with a form, click on the field "reservation Date and Time" to open up your Timepicker
4. attempt to change the time, you will see it won't open.

This works fine on both Edge and Chrome.
