Change Id to ID in the whole project

As for now we both use Idand ID in our codebase. ID is an initialism and most of the libraries/APIs don't use pascal case as a convention so better use a standard convention.

Most of the libraries use ID as a convention, and we already mix and match bot in our codebase. Let's go with the common (and also grammatically correct) one :D
