Maybe more a discussion. Values for PREFER_SITE_TAKEOVER and AUTOMATED_REGISTER could also have different values than just "true" or "false". Other values as "yes" or "no" are also allowed (see ocf_functions ocf_is_probe()) matches many values to be either "true" or "false".
