Enhancement: add timestamp to CSV, indicate seperator

This is a simple PR that does two quality of life improvements:

• adds the timestamp to the file itself to reduce confusion of multiple open "audit.csv" files
• indicates that the CSV separator is a , (outside the US, Excel can default to ;, resulting in the CSV not being recognized correctly)
