Clean up unused computations in Github

Everything coinstac-ssr-* can go. If @spanta28 and @rssk are okay, I will go ahead and archive (not delete) them myself.

@hvgazula for my clarity: so we are not going to use single shot regression for vbm/fs correct? its only msr? Sorry I probably ask this question often due to multiple existing regressions. If thats the case then please archive unused computations. Going forward, I think we should just see only one regression for VBM and one for FreeSurfer if we removed ssr right.

Let's clean this up guys, making sure we don't affect current projects (APOE etc.)

Check which regression APOE is using now and make sure that is not affected by this change.
