Deploy latest version 4.12.0 to PyPI

I've noticed that according to the Release page on this GitHub repository, the current latest version is 4.12.0.

However, it appears that the most recent version registered on [PyPI[(https://pypi.org/project/py-tlsh/) is 4.7.2.

Would you kindly consider publishing version 4.12.0 to PyPI as well? @jonjoliver

I would like to second this! I am desperately looking for a working python library capable of computing fuzzy hashes, and many of the options have repositories that have not been updated in a long while (> 5 years in most cases).

According to the source code 4.12.1 is the latest. Would it be possible to deploy that one instead?
