文件拖动到窗口以后 显示文件不存在

还有一个问题就是文件拖到窗口以后读取的路径会自动带上一个引号 导致识别不出来显示为失败 只有在未运行时把文件直接拖到图标上打开才能够拖动读取 如果已经运行就会出现以上反馈的情况 请核查 十分感谢！
