It looks like we should support `decimal128` type

This is a bug that will be addressed with the next release.

It is not fixed yet we should figure out some way to support the above

I think the Spark Execution plan doesn't know if it is Glue or Hive. We should add some options to identify Hive tables as Glue if user wants that.

Please don't merge it or anything, this is just a draft/initial commit for a new redesigned Gobblin website/doc to work on
