Broken link in Kubeflow docs

The [function-based component] link to https://www.kubeflow.org/docs/components/pipelines/sdk/python-function-components/ is broken.

It might be enough to replace it with a link to https://v1-6-branch.kubeflow.org/docs/components/pipelines/sdk-v2/python-function-components/. However it's a new SDK version and the lakeFS repo does not have test code for this, so I am not sure we can change it.
