Bug: Lua: Catalog exports: Azure exporters do not work on domains other than the default Azure domain

As part of the exporters logic (delta, and unity), we translate physical address in lakeFS in the form of https to abfss scheme. In the function that translates the URIs we rely on the default Azure domain (i.e. dfs.core.windows.net) This means that trying to use the exporters under different domain (china/gov cloud) will fail
