Organize Enterprise docs

Trying to consolidate and organize our docs around lakeFS Enterprise.

The Enterprise section will continue to reside under 'Understand lakeFS', although I could be convinced to move it to the top level. It has the following sections:

1. index.md: General overview of the solution with the added value and links to everything else.
2. Architecture: An architecture page describing Fluffy role and the routing rules.
3. Fluffy Server Configuration: A detailed deep-dive of every Fluffy config value. Similar to lakeFS server configuration.
4. Run lakeFS Enterprise ("quickstart"): Information about how to run it with helm or docker-compose. Examples for configuring OIDC, SAML, Azure AD. Trying not to repeat the SSO page.

We should also make sure that features listed on our pricing page (https://lakefs.io/pricing/) are in sync with the docs e.g. feature names and link to correct page in the doc. e.g. SSO links to an old page

Minor comment: sometimes we use "IdP" and sometime "IDP" for SSO. I think we should use same case everywhere.
