Organize Enterprise docs
Trying to consolidate and organize our docs around lakeFS Enterprise.
The Enterprise section will continue to reside under 'Understand lakeFS', although I could be convinced to move it to the top level. It has the following sections:
- index.md: General overview of the solution with the added value and links to everything else.
- Architecture: An architecture page describing Fluffy role and the routing rules.
- Fluffy Server Configuration: A detailed deep-dive of every Fluffy config value. Similar to lakeFS server configuration.
- Run lakeFS Enterprise ("quickstart"): Information about how to run it with helm or docker-compose. Examples for configuring OIDC, SAML, Azure AD. Trying not to repeat the SSO page.

We should also make sure that features listed on our pricing page (https://lakefs.io/pricing/) are in sync with the docs e.g. feature names and link to correct page in the doc. e.g. SSO links to an old page
We should also think about adding lakeFS Enterprise and lakeFS Cloud under Docs and Products on the website:
We should also update links & features in this blog: https://lakefs.io/blog/lakefs-open-source-vs-enterprise-vs-cloud/ e.g. SSO links to an old docs page
Minor comment: sometimes we use "IdP" and sometime "IDP" for SSO. I think we should use same case everywhere.
