Unclear documentation on deploying lakeFS on AWS (using EC2, ECS and EKS)

The docs page (https://docs.lakefs.io/deploy/aws.html) for lakeFS deployment on AWS needs to be improved.

Add more details or external links on how to setup EC2, ECS (task definitions, cluster creation) and EKS as well.
