Support for CouchDB 3.x

Is there any plan to update this with support for CouchDB 3.0 and 3.1?

I am not able to pull a suitable CouchDB docker image from the standard docker pull couchdb on Raspbian Buster.

I'm no longer maintaining the project, but I think we can easily support CouchDB 3.0 and 3.1 by following the Dockerfile.

@alexreichle what did you do finally? I too need to use this image on raspberry pi but with CouchDB 3.x and am not finding any other alternative. @empeje sad to know you halted maintainance, can you possibly give a way forward on what we can do to take up from where you left

Hi @Kipsanga-Gregory I think we just need to compile from scratch the CouchDB. What version do you need I might be able to help?

@empeje no hurry, would appreciate that we do it eventually. If also you could have references or a guide that one could follow, that will be great, wouldn't mind spending sometime on a fork
