services: makes pi unresponsive

sometimes services fetching list makes pi unresponsive and results in no other fragment being able to communicate with pi as well for example going to status, data will never come, testing Bluetooth connection will not flash leds etc. The only way to get out of this is to disconnect pi and reconnect again
