`treehouses message slack channels` upgrade error message

If a permission is missing, then treehouses message slack channels will echo a default error message.

This could instead echo:

Error: Failed to use the following permissions: MISSING PERMISSION 1 MISSING PERMISSION 2 Go to https://api.slack.com/apps, then click 'OAuth & Permissions' under 'Features' to check if the above permissions have been added.
