Every time a click a table name lately, it opens a new browser window with a URL that that's the DB name and table in it

The path of the URL is: dbname.sqlite/table/tablename Kind of annoying, started happening a few months ago.

Could this make ctrl-/ work for HTML comments too?

When I use `ctrl-/`, it does the JavaScript comment like: ```html // ``` It would be nice if this plugin could fix that problem too.
