Support for multiple function style

Hey there

does this grammar support the various c function definition syntax? When using c sitter plugins i get varying results and incomplete results when function definitions span multiple lines.

This could be dupe of https://github.com/tree-sitter/tree-sitter-c/issues/75

but i think its any variation of the old style.
