I don't think updating the PR template would help contributions via GitHub, because it's displayed too late, after the commit is created. What would help would be a comment block...

Maybe if we understood @droidmonkey's [reasons for this behavior not being the default](https://github.com/keepassxreboot/keepassxc/issues/4696#issuecomment-623199912), we could advocate better for why we would find it useful as default?
