Add ignored directories feature

Certain applications create directories with a bunch of guff in them. My case is the NAS snapshot which will contain all the backups and has a whole host of symlinks.

potentially ignore:

• all hidden directories
• exact folder name matches in all directorys
• exact folder match in the entire tree
