Works with vue-jest@^2 but not vue-jest@^3

I opened an issue over on vue-jest: https://github.com/vuejs/vue-jest/issues/119, but wanted to raise it here as well.

Essentially aliases are resolved within <script> tags in .vue files fine in vue-jest@^2, but not vue-jest@^3.
