removed yahoo.js as it contains yui 2.9.0 which has Vulnerabilities. added base64x-1.1.js file from jsrsasign with functions which are necessary to use for replacing yahoo.js.

This looks like great work. If possible I would like to see some automation tests to ensure the validity of the replacement of yahoo.js. If you provide that, then I would be happy to merge.
