It's still too easy to unknowingly enable the overrides, then wonder why the hell codeplug changes aren't being respected by the radio. For example, F4EGX in the screenshot below was confused as to why his changes to the boot lines don't show up when configured in CPS.

Perhaps instead of keeping the override only in our own region, we could use a magic string? That is, a bootline text of %CALL% or %LLID% would be replaced by the callsign or DMR ID. This would retain compatibility with CPS without confusing users.

We also need a fix for the DMR ID override. In the screenshot above, he is transmitting with an LLID of zero even though his codeplug contains a proper ID.
