Tag was lost

When I was reading a sensor of RF430TAL152H, Tag was lost when calling transceive method. Before this, It also threw a PerfMonitor binderTransact:Time =1004ms interface=android.nfc.INfcTag code=6 Exception. Before this, I use ISO15693 general command 20 to directly read all blocks can be read, is there anything to set?
