Snapcraft outdated

Latest snap ( https://snapcraft.io/travis ) install version 1.8.9. At top of any command it reports:

$ /snap/bin/travis help
Outdated CLI version, run `gem install travis`.
Usage: travis COMMAND ...

As of today, the latest version available from gem is 1.8.11 (gem version travis). Snaps are instead only 1.8.9 for channel=stable and 1.8.10 for channel=edge (snap page of travis).

Please, can you automate the publishing of the snap in the same way you do for the gem?

I think that there has been a mistake while uploading, because the upload date on the snap store for version 1.8.10 on channel edge, is December 23, 2019, which is also the date of release of 1.8.11 on gem. I suspect that the actual intention was to upload 1.8.10 to channel stable and 1.8.11 to channel edge.
