fullscreen logs button

I couldn't figure out how to make log tailing work in fullscreen mode. Other than that it seems to work.

The only thing missing here is getting log following to work in full-screen mode. Without it this is very much pointless. I had a look at https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-web/blob/master/app/utils/tailing.js but adjusting the 'scrollable' element didn't do it for me.

Is there a Teal issue for this? I can see if I can figure out tailing in full-screen at some point, but probably not for at least a week 😳
