dpl reports deploy failure, Heroku says everything is fine

Hello! We intermittently see output like this when deploying to Heroku:

heroku build still pending
heroku build still pending
heroku build still pending
No stash entries found.
deploy failed

However, as far as we can tell from things on the Heroku side, the deploy went through fine.

This is on version 1.10.16 of the gem.

Is there anything we could/should do to fix this? Thank you!
