Added numbers to section headings in ToS

They are referred to by number in the text e.g. "the following shall apply in derogation of sections 5, 9 and 10...", but did not have numbers previously.

Also fixed typo "TSubject" -> "Subject".

hey @fbacall thank you for this PR we normally don't use numbering in our headings of the Travis docs, but it's great you spotted the typo
