Adds information on publishing to private registry

https://github.com/travis-ci/dpl/pull/844 adds auth_method option for NPM deployment to fix publishing to nexus private repository. This PR adds additional documentation.

Thanks a lot for this, @Junkern! I'll review as soon as possible and see if there's some other info we might want to add on how the .npmrc file is composed currently in Travis, if it's not already there.

@Junkern could you please have a look at the current pull request? as it seems to depend on https://github.com/travis-ci/dpl/pull/844 (which was not merged) and unfortunately I don't know if it’s still current/required/makes sense? Thank you

Please test https://github.com/travis-ci/dpl/pull/844 and report the results there. Once it's merged and released, we can revisit merging this PR.
