Updated source repos locations to better conform to standards:

The key (which is unchanged) can be retrieved using apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 575159689BEFB442 (or from https://s3.amazonaws.com/download.fpcomplete.com/ubuntu/fpco.key).
