APT whitelist request for clang-3.8
clang-3.8 packages are starting to be available in llvm.org/apt now that clang-3.7 is going to be released soon. could you add 3.8 to the whitelist. thanks in advance
Ran tests and found setuid bits by purely textual search. Further analysis is required.
If these are found to be benign, add:
clang-3.8 clang-format-3.8 cpp11-migrate-3.8 clang-modernize-3.8 clang-3.8-doc libclang1-3.8 libclang1-3.8-dbg libclang-3.8-dev libclang-common-3.8-dev python-clang-3.8 clang-3.8-examples libllvm3.8 libllvm3.8-dbg llvm-3.8 llvm-3.8-runtime llvm-3.8-dev llvm-3.8-tools libllvm-3.8-ocaml-dev llvm-3.8-doc llvm-3.8-examples lldb-3.8 liblldb-3.8 python-lldb-3.8 liblldb-3.8-dev lldb-3.8-dev

@BanzaiMan seems like perfectly normal to me but I am no expert in security.
added notes here: travis-ci/apt-package-whitelist/pull/561#issuecomment-138040710
seems fine to me.
Does this mean this can be closed now?
For anyone watching this PR, it seems to have snuck in here https://github.com/travis-ci/apt-package-whitelist/pull/561
This is an automated comment.
Ran tests, but could not found source package. Either the source package for clang-3.8 does not exist, or the package needs an APT source. If you wish to add an APT source, please follow the directions on https://github.com/travis-ci/apt-source-whitelist#source-approval-process. FYI clang-7 is available and in, as mentioned this went in via #561. @BanzaiMan this can therefore be closed thanks!
