Update the Image Editor UI

While working on the AI Image Generator designs (#5378), I updated the Image Editor UI to make it more lightweight and less cluttered. Here's a comparison:

Key changes:

• The UI feels more clean and simple now. The toolbar no longer overlays the image.
• The toolbar now has labels, making it easier to understand what each icon represents. This is especially important with the newly added AI features.
• Crop/rotate mode is not active by default. Users initially see just the original image and the toolbar.
• The zoom in/out features have been removed since they were buggy and unpredictable.

I'll add the updated designs for the Crop and Rotate features later and post them in the comments below.
