[Mac OS Chrome/Edge]The last few seconds of a screencast are cut off after the recording is stopped.

I am able to replicate this on the Uppy demo page on Mac OS (12.2.1) within the following browsers:

• Microsoft Edge v100.0.1185.10
• Chrome v99.0.4844.74

I can confirm that I am not seeing this issue in either Firefox v98.0.1 or Safari v15.3 (17612.4.9.1.8).

Replication steps:

1. Make sure the Screen Capture checkbox is checked.
2. Click Screencast.
3. Select any of the three options for screen sharing between "Entire screen", "Window", and "Microsoft Edge tab". In my limited experimentation, it seemed like "Entire screen" suffers from this issue less than the other two in that it only cuts off 1-2 seconds whereas the other two options were more like 3-4.
4. Click the Record button to start recording.
5. Click Stop when the timer on the screen reaches 8 seconds.

You'll notice that the resulting video will be shorter than 8 seconds.
