PhysIO - issue with respiratory regressor

Hi,

we are currently trying to read out physio regressors (.puls and .resp) and are running into a problem with the respiratory regressors. As seen in the left panel, there appears to be only respiratory signal in the last volumes (>450; total 500). However, when analyzing only the respiratory logfile, time series look more reasonable (see right panel; except from the dropout in the middle).

We are using tapas version 'R2022a-v8.1.0' with Matlab R2019b, spm12 (v7487).

Logfiles (resp + pulse), batchfile and first/last dicoms are attached.
