The "Download now" button on https://virtaal.translatehouse.org/download.html links to sourceforge, which in turn says "As of 2016-09-22, this project can be found here", pointing to github.

The installers for the latest stable release can still be found in that Sourceforge page. But I guess it makes sense to provide them in GitHub as well. Something to take a look.
