SYSTRAN is a famous MT solution provider. This bug is to collect various pieces of info that point to the APIs for online and corporate MT services.

SYSTRANLinks is for website translation (although the API can send RDF, HTML or Plain text data): http://www.systranlinks.com/

This service has an API and you can send HTML, plain or RTF text. The API is quite simple: http://wwwv5.systransoft.com/support/SL/UserGuide/api.html

Initial reading shows its over HTTP/HTTPS so we could use our REST and caching infrastructure. The data returned is in XML with CDATA sections.
