How can i make terminology project?

I deleted terminology project when i start server in my bad. Deleted at project tab and deleted at translation folder.

Then how can i recover the project?? I tried create project with same name(Ternimology) but it's not working.(ofcourse setup 'terminology' at quality check option when create project)

Do i have to some thing to do at conf? Please advice, thank you.

@cjh070 If you deleted the actual files, you need to recover them https://itsfoss.com/recover-deleted-files-linux/
