Install docs should use virtualenvwrapper

Currently the install instructions just use plain virtualenv, but we tend to use/encourage virtualenvwrapper - so we should update the docs

The unfortunate part seems that then we'd also need to handle the various ways to get virtualenvwrappers working such as here
